We're currently focused on Eldorado, IL and the surrounding areas, and we're building a standout local team to lead the charge.

💼 Part-Time Outside Sales Representative

💵 Compensation: $15/hour base + uncapped commission (up to $120 per install!)

🕒 Schedule: 15-20 hours per week with flexible options

✈️ Travel: Occasional overnight travel across MO & IL (lodging and per diem covered)

What You'll Do:

• Knock on doors and introduce neighbors to Wisper's high-speed internet-making a real difference, one household at a time
• Build genuine connections with residents, local businesses, and community organizations
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up
• Log your activity and progress in our easy-to-use CRM system

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ months of experience in sales or customer service (retail, hospitality, or door-to-door a bonus!)
• Excellent communication skills and a personable, professional demeanor
• Self-starters who are goal-driven and excited by performance-based earnings
• Comfortable working independently and thriving in an active, fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance eligibility requirements
