Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Travel: Less than 10%

This is an in-office position. Anyone who is brought on for this role will be expected to work in our local retail office full-time. Candidate must live within one hour's driving distance from the local office and have reliable transportation

What does a Fleet Operations Administrative Specialist do?

As a Full-Time Fleet Operations Administrative Specialist at Wisper ISP, you will be responsible for maintaining and auditing all driver and qualification files, ensuring that updates for DOT medical exams, driving licenses, endorsements, and training records are timely and accurate. You will track and notify both drivers and management of upcoming compliance expirations, playing a crucial role in fleet safety and efficiency. Preparing and distributing scheduled and custom fleet reports will allow you to monitor compliance, hours of service requirements, fleet utilization, and unsafe driving alerts.

Additionally, you will document fleet records, including inspection reports and service history, while ensuring alignment with DOT, OSHA, and company record-retention requirements. Your expertise will also extend to coordinating annual vehicle registrations, renewals, insurance, and title management across multiple states. Moreover, you will assist in updating training manuals, policies, and procedures, reinforcing our commitment to a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
