Make a difference as a Traveling Safety Manager

As a Full Time Traveling Safety Manager at Wisper ISP, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest safety standards across our job sites. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough safety inspections for towers, fiber builds, and field services, as well as performing incident investigations and developing effective corrective action plans. You will also be responsible for completing Safety One and Rigging Training for tower staff, maintaining stock and distribution of tower safety equipment, and conducting essential training sessions on fall protection, rescue procedures, RF safety, PPE, and field safety. Supporting tower and field on-the-job training sign-offs, you will ensure crew readiness in alignment with our standard operating procedures.
